Oliver is an 18-year-old performer, musical director and vocal coach based in London and North Devon. He has been performing since the age of four when his local theatre school ignited his passion for the performing arts.
Currently training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, Oliver combines formal conservatoire training with over seven years of professional performance experience across live music and musical theatre. Known for his strong stage presence, versatility and ability to connect with audiences, he has built a reputation as a dynamic live vocalist and entertainer across a wide range of venues and events.
Oliver’s passion for the performing arts began at the age of four after joining his local theatre school in North Devon. He later trained for almost nine years at Stagecoach Performing Arts North Devon, where he performed in numerous stage productions, gained on-camera experience and developed a strong foundation in acting, singing and performance. During his time there, Oliver also became part of the teaching team, assisting with Early Stages classes and working as part of the school’s LAMDA coaching staff, helping to inspire and mentor younger performers. Alongside teaching, he has supported productions technically through sound engineering, lighting operation and recording projects with students.
Furthering his training, Oliver also studied with VAMP Training, undertaking intensive musical theatre training in drama, dance and singing. Alongside his theatre work, Oliver began performing solo live music sets at the age of 11, appearing at festivals, cafés, pubs and live music venues across the South West. Since his debut festival performance in 2018, he has continued to perform regularly at regional festivals and public events, including Party At The Manor, where he received the award for Best Act of the Year in 2019.
Oliver also appears as a guest vocalist with the Golden Coast Big Band, performing both at their regular residency at Barnstaple Social Club and at major regional events including the North Devon Show. In addition to singing, he regularly performs as a keyboard player for bands and collaborative projects, and has assisted with music arrangement work for London-based artists.
Alongside his performing career, Oliver works professionally as a hollistic vocal coach and musical director, offering one-to-one vocal and acting tuition for performers of all abilities. He specialises in vocal technique, vocal health and vocal anatomy, combining academic study with extensive practical industry experience to help performers develop confident, healthy and sustainable performance skills. In recent years, Oliver has also expanded into musical directing, leading choirs and performance projects, and continues to develop his work as both an educator and creative leader within the performing arts industry.
